Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist in the preparation of safety reports, presentations, and training materials.
Maintain safety records, logs, and databases to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Schedule and coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and audits.
Respond to inquiries related to safety policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and distribution of safety communications and materials.
Support the safety team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
OSHA 30 required
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a safety or compliance setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
FOR REMOTE PROJECTS. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL.
Pay $20-22 per hour. $525 per week per diem
