** Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Administrative Assistant to support the safety team in a manufacturing environment. This short-term contract role focuses on administrative support, documentation, and coordination to help maintain safety compliance and organization on-site.
** Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Safety Department
- Maintain and organize safety documentation, reports, and training records
- Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Support communication between safety staff and production employees
- Help coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and related paperwork
- Ensure accurate filing and record retention in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
** Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
- ** Bilingual (English/Spanish)** strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
