What You’ll Do

As a Safety & Compliance Coordinator, you will:

• Conduct driver road tests and safety/compliance audits
• Manage drug and alcohol testing programs
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date driver qualification files
• Lead safety meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
• Track training requirements and analyze safety and compliance data
• Oversee accident reporting, documentation, and contract compliance

What You’ll Need

• Working knowledge of transportation safety and compliance regulations
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow‑through skills
• Experience with audits, training facilitation, and basic data analysis
• Valid driver’s license
