A nationally recognized best in class commercial general contractor is seeking a
Site Safety Coordinator to support large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the Fort Worth area. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced safety professional who enjoys working closely with field operations, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact on every project.

What You'll Do
As the Site Safety Coordinator, you'll play a key role in fostering a proactive safety culture while partnering with project teams to ensure every employee and trade partner returns home safely each day.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support all onsite safety initiatives.
- Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct new hire orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.
- Assist with incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Help develop project-specific safety plans for high-risk activities.
- Promote a culture built on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted safety resource for project teams throughout construction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience with a commercial General Contractor preferred.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- Experience conducting safety orientations, inspections, and training.
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards and commercial construction safety practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership.
- Comfortable working in an active construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- CHST Certification or ability to obtain within six months
- OSHA 500 Certification or eligibility to obtain
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects
