Join CROSS SAFETY MANAGEMENT LLC as a Safety Manager in Atlanta, GA, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring workplace safety and compliance. We are looking for a proactive leader who is passionate about fostering a safe work environment and driving safety initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.

Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.

Lead safety meetings and workshops to engage employees and enhance safety awareness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar safety certification is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and motivate teams.

Proficient in safety management software and reporting tools.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve safety performance.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

OSHA 500 required.
