Qualifications
- OSHA 510 Certification (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or Safety Management.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory compliance.
- Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Knowledge of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Risk Assessment, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Experience developing and delivering safety training programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 500 certification
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional)
- CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician)
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, automotive, or construction environments.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus but not required.
