    We are seeking a Safety Specialist. This role supports field operations across commercial and electrical job sites, focusing on compliance, training, and hazard mitigation. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset to job site safety, a strong grasp of LOTO procedures, and a hands-on approach to keeping teams safe and informed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and field inspections across active job sites

    Deliver site-specific safety orientations and training programs for new and existing team members

    Support LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA and internal protocols

    Monitor and enforce site safety standards across commercial, electrical, and utility projects

    Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and corrective action documentation using Microsoft Office tools

    Qualifications:

    3–5 years of safety experience in construction, utilities, or electrical environments

    Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazardous materials handling, and field safety practices

    Strong communication and training delivery skills

    Proficiency with digital documentation and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)

    CSP certification preferred or in progress

    Comfortable with field-based work, including active construction zones and utility environments
