Verify corrective actions are complete and effective
Visit with Team Members to check on their well-being and obtain feedback EHS related concerns or issues.
Review and update the Town Hall Board
Participate in Town Hall and Shift Change Over meetings and provide teams with critical safety information
Identify Hazards in the facility and develop plans to correct in a timely manner
Collect information and take pictures for safety item inventories, assessments, audits, and etc.
Safety Committee
Serve as the Chairperson for the Safety Committee
Complete at least one project per quarter
Update the EHS Leadership Team on all Safety Committee Activities
Coordinate safety celebrations (30, 60, 90-day celebrations)
Participate in all other EHS-Related activities (Extreme temperature functions).
Always Aware and Behavior-Based Safety Observations
Collect Always Aware Audits
Maintain Always Aware information and develop metrics to review with the Safety Committee
Perform at least one Behavior-Based Safety Observation weekly
Environmental Programs
Hazardous / universal waste shipments
Hazardous / universal waste storage area inspections
Manage data for landfill avoidance and utilities
Stormwater regular observations, inspections and annual tests
