We’re looking for a detail-driven and safety-focused Safety and Compliance Admin to support our Fort Collins, CO operations. In this crucial role, you’ll help ensure our drivers operate safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Position Overview
The Safety and Compliance Admin is responsible for supporting all safety and compliance functions for our Fort Collins operation. You will manage compliance documentation, conduct driver road tests, oversee training requirements, and ensure adherence to company policies and contractual safety standards. Your work will play a key role in strengthening our culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of a Safety and Compliance Admin:
- Conduct driver road tests and perform contract road audits to assess safety performance
- Oversee drug and alcohol testing compliance
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date driver qualification files
- Provide weekly safety coaching and lead recurring driver safety meetings
- Track and ensure training compliance for drivers and staff
- Lead bi-monthly safety meetings for office and management personnel
- Work with operations to ensure appropriate driver coverage for special accounts and routes
- Perform monthly data analysis to monitor contract performance and safety trends
- Ensure compliance with all City of Fort Collins transportation contracts, including Dial-A-Ride, Dial-A-Taxi, Foothills Gateway Shuttle, and Fixed Route services
- Manage accident reporting, gather required documentation, and coordinate with insurance adjusters
- Respond to driver and staff inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Support additional safety and compliance duties as needed
