Job Description

We are seeking an Annual Contract Specialist to become part of our team! 

RESPONSIBILITIES: ·       Keep detailed account records and data logs of all Annual contracts

·       Audit and maintain all Annual contracts

·       Record and manage all leads from outbound marketing/ Annual Contracts

QUALIFICATIONS: ·       Ability to read, write & speak English fluently.

·       Must have attention to detail

·       Must be competent in general business and mathematical calculations

·       Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, knowledgeable of all Microsoft office products, and familiarity with CRM Software.

·       Knowledge of grammar and punctuation

·       Analytical mindset

·       Ability to work to time constraints

·       Must possess a positive and professional attitude.

·       Clear communication skills.

·       Conform to Company dress code.

·       Experience working in a manufacturing plant and inside sales setting preferred.

·       Maintain a professional manner in a high paced work environment.
