Sage Goddess is hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing team. The manager is key to the team's success, and will help lead and create compelling campaigns, and support customer communications across multiple marketing platforms. S/he will drive the creative process to develop new, fun, and engage-worthy campaigns with our global community to increase program membership and sales.
The Marketing Manager will join a growing team of social media experts and will utilize substantial experience in strategy, technical/operations and content creation and management.
IF YOU'RE INTERESTED, YOU SHOULD HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
5+ years experience with social media marketing, including building campaigns, content, driving engagement, social advertising, email marketing, campaign analytics and customer support
A passion for content creation
Demonstrable experience with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube marketing in particular, with a thorough understanding of the technical, logistical and ever-changing marketing guidelines.
2-3+ years experience with managing a team of Social media specialists and creative teams.
Outstanding written and verbal communications, with the ability to adapt to the voice of the brand
Exceptional time management skills
Demonstrable experience in a "high attention to detail" role
Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
A multitasker - remains calm and rational under deadline pressure
A "people person" - genuinely caring, an active and open listener and encourages kindness and empathy
Highly efficient, and able to work quickly and accurately on a variety of tasks
Smart with a very sharp memory, and able to hold LOTS of information
Interested in metaphysics, with an understanding and affinity for gems, minerals, herbs and magical ritual and ceremony
Fun and friendly but serious and able to focus and be present and mindful in your role
