    Job Description

    The HR & PAYROLL ADMIN is an integral support position that will work closely and communicate/coordinate with all employees and departments in the company. Relying on the capabilities and good judgment of it's people, this company unleashes the talent of their employees rather than controlling it with hierarchy or excessive bureaucracy.

    WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES?

    • Review timecards for accuracy and consult employees about any discrepancies
    • Maintain attendance records as well as compile and update employee files
    • Perform various accounting and payroll duties, including preparing and submitting via Paycom
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Accounting and Human Resources Manager
    • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions
    • Assist with benefits administration, worker's compensation, unemployment claims, and short-term disability claims
    • Answer reception phone, greet visitors, make visitor badges, and monitor office supply inventory

    • Be able to handle highly confidential information and adhere to strict deadlines
    • Present a professional, positive image that reflects well on the company
    • Have an outstanding work ethic, attitude, be very dependable, and a collaborative team player

    DO YOU MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 2 years of related experience or acceptable training
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
