We are seeking a dynamic Catering Coordinator to join our team. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities1. Manage emails with incoming reservations2. Review reservations booked and arrival reports daily3. Review daily no shows4. Input group rooming lists and set up billing in Opera5. Assist with wedding block room reservations6. Balance the house as needed. Be aware of shortage of room types and correct accordingly7. Ensure special handling of repeat guests and VIP guests, input any necessary notes on reservations, etc.8. Reviews no-show, cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy9. Review room blocking for Long Stay, VIP’s, Suites and special attention reservation requests10. Bring to the attention of DORM when the hotel availability status is changed and prepare for necessary action11. Attend relevant meetings12. Responsible for group turnovers/processing13. Responsible for Sales Admin voicemail14. Lead Catcher15. Maintain a working knowledge of the sales and front office areas16. Change and cancel reservations as guest requests 17. Review group cover-sheets to ensure accuracy and enter information into the computer system
