REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor degree or equivalent specializing in Computer Science, Math, and/or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of design principles, web technologies, and relational database systems
• 4+ years of professional web application development with Java, and related open source frameworks
• Experience creating REST services utilizing Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate
• Comfortable working with older frameworks such as: Struts 1, and JSF
• 1-2 years experience working with, and supporting, Single Page Applications.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and detail orientation
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate well with technical and non-technical team members
• Able to adapt comfortably with changes in priorities
