We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
ROLE: SERVICE DESK – L1 LOCATION: Milford , CT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
UPDATE: COVID-19 protocols for selected candidate (s)
1.Need to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test (PCR or Rapid Test) to work from their offices.
2.Fully vaccinated means they have received both shots (Pfizer or Moderna) or the single J&J shot.
3.When work is planned onsite, workers are requested and required to follow policies at all times including their onsite mask protocols and the submission of their vaccination record or your weekly test results.
Candidates must be open to convert into FTEs after 90 days (must)
Work Experience: 2 to 3 years Job Description:
· Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
· Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
· Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
· Knowledge of basic computer operations.
· Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
· Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
· Good listening and responding skills.
· Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
· Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
· Should have experience in a Technical call center / ISP Help Desk / Technical Help Desk. Job Description:
· Provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries over the voice based phone service.
· Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology vertical.
· Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
· Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
