    Overview:

    Wright Technical Services is proud to represent a highly respected global leader in arc welding, cutting, and joining technologies. We are seeking a skilled contractor to support a critical integration project between Ivanti iPaaS/ITSM and SailPoint IdentityNow. This role will assist our internal team in fulfilling customer responsibilities outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) for professional services provided by Ivanti. The project focuses on automating access provisioning, deprovisioning, and termination workflows, ensuring seamless integration for enhanced identity and access management.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow is required, with hands-on experience in API integrations, custom connectors, and workflows for provisioning/deprovisioning.
    • Experience with Ivanti products, including iPaaS, Neurons for ITSM, and Service Request management; or a comparable product.
    • Strong understanding of REST APIs, triggers, actions, and recipes in integration platforms; familiarity with OOTB email notifications and portal publishing.
    • Experience in software testing methodologies, including unit testing, system testing, UAT, and defect remediation; ability to create test plans and scripts.
    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external consultants; proficiency in English.
    • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and access to necessary tools; availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certification in Ivanti Service Manager, SailPoint, or related IAM technologies.
    • Experience with data mapping, field validations, and handling up to 25 request parameters per offering.
    • Knowledge of project management tools and processes, including risk management, scheduling, and change requests.
    • Familiarity with SaaS environments, third-party connector prerequisites, and limitations (e.g., no Red Ramp Space access).
    • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, with an understanding of access management for applications and equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Ivanti consultants and internal project manager to support the end-to-end integration of Ivanti iPaaS with SailPoint, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and emergency deprovisioning recipes.
    • Participate in design workshops, review and contribute to the Solution Design Document (SDD), and ensure alignment with business requirements for up to three (3) Service Request workflows, including forms, fields, validation rules, approvals, and tasks.
    • Assist in pre-implementation reviews of iPaaS workspace, projects, dashboards, and connector library to verify prerequisites and configurations.
    • Provide subject matter expertise on SailPoint IdentityNow and related third-party systems, including supplying logon credentials, IP addresses, server names, and technical data as needed for integration setup.
    • Support the creation and unit testing of one (1) custom connector and up to three (3) recipes (with up to three triggers and actions each) in iPaaS.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive test plan, including test scripts for system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing; document results, prioritize issues, and assist in defect remediation.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions (up to two 4-hour sessions) by documenting configurations, workflows, and best practices for internal system administrators.
    • Aid in go-live activities, such as clearing test data, communicating updates to stakeholders, and providing on-call support during the hypercare period (first 10 business days post-go-live, up to 16 hours).
    • Ensure compliance with project assumptions, such as availability during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), and handle data imports limited to 1,500 records per recipe.
    • Work closely with Ivanti's project management on scheduling, risk analysis, issue resolution, and any Project Change Requests (PCRs) if scope adjustments are needed.
    • Install necessary software on customer servers, input data into systems, and fulfill other customer-side tasks to enable Ivanti's configuration work.
