What You'll Do:
Personal Care & Daily Living
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Medication Support
Provide timely medication reminders
Help clients stay on track with their medication routines
Meals & Nutrition
Plan and prepare meals that meet dietary needs
Encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Companionship
Provide genuine companionship and engaging conversation
Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Health & Safety Monitoring
Watch for and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
Keep clear, accurate care documentation
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior caregiving experience preferred (but a caring heart matters most)
CPR/First Aid certification a plus
A warm, empathetic, patient approach to care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Reliable and able to follow a client's individualized care plan
