    CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

    Sakara Life is a premium wellness brand providing ready-to-eat nutrition programs, functional products and unique content to clients nationwide. We are seeking smart, passionate, ambitious and hardworking team players that share our passion for health & well-being. You will be responsible for "turning thoughts into things" and helping manifest the future of Sakara.  

    This position is for someone who loves Sakara Life and everything we stand for and wants to share that passion with others.  As a Client Services Associate, you will directly interact with our clients every day, solve problems and help people on their journey towards optimal health! 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer client emails in a fast-paced environment, including questions about nutrition and health
    • Work to up-sell and cross-sell clients on new Sakara products and programs
    • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problem; explain best solution to solve the problem; follow up to ensure resolution 
    • Provide feedback and communicate with internal departments to enhance the client experience

     

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Passion for Sakara Life!
    • Contagiously positive / friendly / “can-do” attitude
    • 0-2+ years of experience, with a strong interest in hospitality and service 
    • Calm and action-oriented under pressure; ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
    • Excited about delighting clients and eager to deliver best-in-class service
    • Strong work ethic and team player
    • Nutrition background a plus!
    • Based in NYC
