ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a position for someone who loves Sakara Life and everything we stand for, and wants to share that passion with others.  As a part-time Client Services Associate, you will directly interact with our customers, solve problems and help people on their journey towards optimal health! 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer emails in a fast-paced environment, including general program inquiries, order tracking, and service complaints
• Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution 
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
• Share customer feedback internally to identify ways to enhance operations 
• Help operations and production team with administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for Sakara!
• Contagiously positive, friendly, “can-do” attitude
• 1+ years experience, with some experience working in an office environment and a strong interest in hospitality and service 
• Excited about delighting clients and eager to deliver best-in-class service
• Calm and action-oriented under pressure
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
• Works hard + team player
• Nutrition background a plus!

SCHEDULE:

•   Weekends (Saturday and Sunday shift, 9AM - 4PM EST) 
•   Remote / Work from Home position
•   This is a part-time role
