    About the role: We are seeing a Manager, Offline Growth Marketing to manage and scale offline acquisition channels including direct mail, audio, print, and OOH to acquire new clients and drive brand awareness. You will report into the Director, Growth Marketing and work closely with other members of the growth marketing team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee planning & management of direct mail, audio, direct ad buys, and out of home (OOH) and testing of new offline channels 
    • Drive channel level performance to meet new customer and revenue targets within established customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) expectations, and perform weekly/monthly/quarterly optimizations and analysis across channels
    • Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to constantly test new marketing concepts via A/B that can drive step-change improvements in performance 
    • Set expectations and goals with media partners to keep Sakara at the forefront of all changes in the competitive landscape, determine budgets, and pockets of testing 
    • Analyze & report performance and proactively recommend optimizations to existing strategies to maximize results across key metrics such as CAC and ROAS. 
    • Ownership of direct mail calendar, targeting, and creative for meal delivery and Clean Boutique campaigns.

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in growth marketing, ideally in an eCommerce company or startup environment.
    • A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset.
    • Experience in any/all of the following: direct mail, audio, OOH, OTT/CTV.
    • High degree of creativity. 
    • Highly data-driven with continuous desire to improve performance.
    • Excitement to constantly test ideas, analyze results, and iterate.
    • Highly proficient with Excel. HTML, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills preferred.
    • Self-starter who can take direction but work independently.
    • Extreme attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard with a “no job too small” mindset.
    • Passion for health and wellness, in particular Sakara's mission of changing people's lives through the power of plants as medicine.
