About the Role:

Join My Salad as a Salad Maker/Cashier, where you will create fresh, delicious salads while providing exceptional customer service. Be part of a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and quality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh salads and bowls according to customer specifications.

Engage with customers to take orders and provide friendly, efficient service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad bar and dining area.

Handle cash and process transactions accurately at the register.

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience.

Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service or retail preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Passion for healthy food and customer service.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Food Handler's certification is a plus.
