All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Possesses a real estate license or is willing to get one • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Great phone voice and attitude • Works well independently and is a great team member • Strong work ethic and great money motivation Compensation: $100,000+ Salary, commission, plus bonus
