• We are looking for a real estate agent looking to improve their quality of life. Earn a salary instead of being 100% commission and work Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. instead of working nights and weekends. • This position is an in office position and requires someone who has an excellent phone voice who places a lot of outbound calls. • We also provide 401(k), Dental and Health insurance, paid time off, and a Referral program. • This is a position that requires being in the office all 5 days - no remote applicants please. Responsibilities: • Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople and agents to build our sales team. • Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner. Qualifications: • Prefer Sales, Real Estate, and Recruiting experience but it is not required. • Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015 to work out of our office. • Strong money motivation. Compensation: $100,000 - guaranteed or we pay you the difference
