Job Responsibility

• Ensure & provide operational support to manufacturing production lines in rotating shifts for MES application and IT hardware to eliminate/reduce any production downtime.
• Responsible to work on projects to deploy MES applications to new production lines and test new functionality/features developed for MES.
• Be accountable for MES asset management & new asset Deployment tracking.
• Documentation to follow religiously with all necessary Process Change Notice/ Deviation / approvals etc.

Mandatory Skills sets

• * Troubleshooting and installation of desktop, printer and barcode scanner.
  

  • Basic knowledge in MES application and production process flow.
  • Basic knowledge in network troubleshooting.
  • Installing and troubleshooting windows client application.
  • Basic knowledge in Active directory, DNS and DHCP.
  • Coordinating and support with vendor for machine integration for MES application.
  • Troubleshooting in windows patch and antivirus update related issue.

Desirable Skill sets

• * Basic knowledge in MSSQL database.
  

  • Experience / knowledge of integrating with PLC’s, SCADA etc. would be added advantage.
  • Experience in machine automation using sensors, PLC’s etc. would be added advantage.
