Job Overview: NSS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the Owner with daily sales and administrative tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and enjoys working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales Assistant will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills while assisting with a variety of responsibilities that support day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Owner with daily sales-related tasks and responsibilities
Take detailed notes during site walks and meetings
Schedule and manage appointments using company software
Organize and translate notes into sales documents and proposals
Provide general administrative and sales support as needed
Qualifications & Expectations:
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and highly organized
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Ability to work closely with the Owner on a daily basis
