You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities: • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development • Sales candidate must be personable, enthusiastic and be able to at the same time be aggressive while selling in the residential home • Must be willing to go out in the field every day and build relationships • Highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, outstanding communicator • Deadline-focused, organized, and results-driven are integral to this position • Familiar with putting together pricing and being able to guide clients through the design phase of their floor coating selection • A 45-hour work week is required • A good driving record is required • Sales Consultants should meet the prospect within 2 -5 days after the appointment is set • Sales Consultants should average 3 - 4 appointments per day • The average appointment should be between 30 and 60 minutes • Commission or salary plus Commission for the salesperson from the total sales price of Install • Saturday appointments are possible Qualifications: • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required • Stays organized and manage time well Compensation: $94,500 - $104,500 yearly
