Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas is looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to cover the beautiful Coastal Carolinas territory. Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new client relationships across the Coastal Carolinas territory
Present and sell construction services and solutions to residential and/or commercial clients
Conduct on-site consultations, estimates, and follow-ups with potential customers
Manage and grow an existing book of business through relationship-based selling
Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Track leads, pipeline activity, and sales metrics using CRM tools
Represent Rock Solid Construction at local networking events and industry functions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or a related industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
Familiarity with the Coastal Carolinas region is a strong plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans or project scopes is a bonus
