As spring arrives in Oregon, we are expanding our field network and seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential claims throughout Salem and the surrounding Oregon communities.

This opportunity is ideal for independent adjusters who want steady field assignments, flexibility, and the support of an experienced claims team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties for losses related to wind, water, fire, and other covered events

• Document damages with detailed photos, measurements, and thorough field notes

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

• Manage assigned claims from inspection through final submission while meeting carrier guidelines and reporting timelines

What We're Looking For

• Ability to obtain an Oregon adjuster license

• Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

• Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable working independently while managing a steady flow of claims
