You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage new client conversations by building rapport while building insurance quotes.

Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to leads.

Educate customers and help them discover their needs.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong work ethic and professionalism.

Excellent communication skills.

Previous experience and success in sales is preferred.
