We are a transportation service in the St. Louis area, and are looking for Inside Sales professionals to join our exceptional sales team!
_ JOB DESCRIPTION:_
- You will be working with all market segments including, but not limited to, corporate, schools, weddings, hospitality, individuals, etc.
- You will be working with national and international affiliates.
- You will be working directly with the customer to build and secure a relationship that creates repeat business.
- You will be working with the customer building the perfect transportation experience with each sale.
- You will be generating your own leads as well as leads provided by the company. Opportunities are endless!
Full time HYBRID position with benefits, including health, 401k, paid time off, holiday pay, and more. Upon 30-60 days of successful completion of training, 2 flexible remote days will become available.

_ The perfect candidate will possess the following:_
- Minimum of 1-2years inside sales experience ( transportation, hospitality, meeting, group or event services preferred) (Note: retail and telemarketing experience is NOT qualified)
- Experience or training with consultative type selling a plus (this is not a telemarketing position)
- Has an “ above and beyond ” attitude and provides courteous, friendly service to our customers to build ongoing customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, oral and written.
- A strong phone etiquette, with experience in phone sales and comfortable with ZOOM calls/video meetings
- Skills to handle inquiries, requests for information and reservations, in a professional and timely manner.
- Actively promote all special events, corporate groups to help sell our transportation services customers.
- Works closely with other sales team members to meet or exceed customer’s needs with all reservations, including group reservations.
- Have a strong desire to be part of and thrive working in a team environment.
- Upon SUCCESSFUL completion of training, and proven performance, FLEXIBLE hybrid schedule available!
Hours will vary but mainly daytime M-F BUT, some Saturdays may be necessary (possibly, 2 per month). Must have flexibility to work weekends.
