    Job Description

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Identifying and contacting potential customers, building a client base, and securing new business through sales calls and relationship building.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Overseeing the entire shipping process, from initial booking to final delivery, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.
    • Negotiating freight rates with both customers and carriers to secure the best possible deals.
    • Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process, ensuring minimal disruption to the client.
    • Providing clear and proactive communication to all parties involved, keeping them informed of shipment status and any potential problems.

    PAY AND BENEFITS

    • Base salary: $65,000K USD + 10% uncapped commission
    • 20 days in PTO for each year plus paid sick time
