    Position Overview

    We’re looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while driving revenue growth across Milrose’s full suite of services. You’ll build and manage relationships with property owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors—helping them navigate complex building regulations and successfully deliver their projects.


    What You’ll Do

    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients.
    • Build and nurture relationships with owners, developers, GCs, architects, engineers, and other industry partners.
    • Lead presentations and client meetings to educate stakeholders on Milrose’s services and value.
    • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline; accurately forecast territory revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and Milrose partners to deliver strategic, full-life-life-lifecycle compliance solutions.
    • Represent Milrose at industry networking events, client programs, and educational presentations.
    • Partner with Marketing on regional campaigns, promotional content, and maintaining a strong social media presence.

    What You’ll Bring

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC).

    Preferred:

    • 2–5 years of prior experience with the Building Department, construction services, or commercial real estate-related sales.
    • Knowledge of building compliance, permitting, or related industry sectors.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred to support a diverse client base.

    Work Environment & Schedule

    • This position is based in Miami, FL with a hybrid work schedule.
    • Standard working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
    • Travel: Occasional, including client meetings and industry events.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000, based on experience and performance.
    • Lucrative incentive plan with monthly commissions on collected revenue, plus additional earnings for exceeding sales quotas.
