This role targets professionals experienced in building relationships with architects, developers, and business owners, and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion.

    We’re partnering with a leading commercial design/build firm to hire a Sales Account Executive to drive new business and grow a high-value territory.

    What You’ll Do

    • Prospect and win new business with architects, developers, and business owners
    • Sell end-to-end commercial design/build and furnishing solutions
    • Manage the full sales cycle: from cold outreach → proposal → close
    • Build strategic partnerships with brokers, contractors, and designers
    • Develop and manage a $1M+ pipeline

     What Success Looks Like

    • $500K+ in new revenue in year one
    • 2+ qualified meetings per week
    • Strong partner network (“power partners”) established early
    • Consistent pipeline growth and deal flow

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
    • Proven hunter mentality (prospecting, cold outreach, closing)
    • Experience selling into commercial real estate, design, or construction is a big plus
    • Strong relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach
    • Self-starter who can own a territory

     Compensation

    • $80K base + uncapped commission
    • Top performers earn $200K+
