    Sales Account Executive

    Are you a driven, phone-forward sales professional who thrives on momentum, autonomy, and closing deals the right way? StaffBuffalo is partnering with a fast-growing technology company, to hire a Full-Cycle Account Executive who is ready to take ownership of their pipeline, pick up the phone, and build lasting client relationships across a wide range of industries.

    This is a fully remote role (EST hours) where you’ll manage the entire sales cycle — from self-sourcing leads and conducting discovery calls, to demos, negotiations, and onboarding. If you’re a self-starter who wants trust, flexibility, and a real opportunity to grow long-term, this could be the right fit.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Self-source leads as needed through proactive outreach and cold calling
    • Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect challenges
    • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to close
    • Deliver engaging software demos and product walkthroughs
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth trials and onboarding
    • Negotiate contract terms and close new business
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with consistency
    • Use Slack and CRM tools to stay organized, visible, and accountable (no hiding behind email)

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–3 years of successful Account Executive or full-cycle sales experience
    • Comfort with high-volume phone outreach and cold calling
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas or activity goals
    • Strong discovery, listening, and documentation skills
    • Self-starter mentality with grit, curiosity, and resilience
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, motivated attitude
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong follow-through and organizational abilities
    • Technologically savvy and comfortable selling technology solutions

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $50,000–$60,000 base salary + commission
    • Fully remote work

    • 18 days PTO to start (plus additional days added annually)
