    Job Description

    KIOXIA America, Inc. is looking for a highly results driven Sales Manager (SM) within the sales organization. The SM is responsible for the Data Centers, ODMs and CMs customers to grow KIOXIA Solid State Drive (SSD) business. You will drive and manage account development strategy at both a tactical and strategic level while closely working with customers and cross-functional teams within KIOXIA America.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop account strategy and work with cross-functional teams to execute
    • Develop and meet/exceed fiscal half year revenue target
    • Closely work with other sales team members to maximize sales results while coordinating account responsibilities within the sales organization
    • Build strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers’ organization and departments
    • Provide accurate forecast data to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory exposure
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience at a high-technology company
    • Experience in working with Data Centers, ODMs or CMs (Understand the dynamics of Data Center business)
    • Experience in key component business (SSD, NAND, HDD, CPU, DRAM etc) preferred
    • Excellent leadership skills, strong strategic and tactical planning/execution skills
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills with customers and management
    • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple customers/tasks
    • Highly results driven

    The expected salary for this position is $105,800.00 - 174,610.00.
