    We’re hiring a Business Account Executive in Grand Forks, ND! We’re looking for someone who excels at building strong customer relationships, actively prospecting and generating new business opportunities, engaging with the local community, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

    Earn $55,000-$65,000 in your first year or more with sales experience!

    This position is required to drive and must be able to drive and meet the provisions of the Vehicle Policy at BeMobile.

    Your Focus (Responsibilities): You will:

    Own the entire sales process—from setting appointments and creating proposals to closing deals.

    Consistently execute sales activities outlined by your team leader to maintain a strong pipeline.

    Participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and stay ahead of the curve.

    Join weekly/monthly virtual meetings to review your sales funnel, share market insights, and brainstorm strategies to expand your client base.

    Quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers in all sales and service interactions.

    Stay up to date on current promotions, product offerings, and sales processes.

    Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce CRM.

    Demonstrate strong self-motivation while thriving as part of a collaborative team.

    Partner with Verizon’s business team on training initiatives and key business priorities.

    Engage with local business groups and trade organizations to grow your network and represent BeMobile in the community.

    Accurately manage and track inventory levels.

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

    Your Experience (Background and Skills): You bring:

    At least 2 years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment

    Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—tailored to engage and influence a variety of audiences

    Excellent organizational abilities, including the capacity to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to frequent changes with confidence and agility

    A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
