About the Role: As an account manager you will play a pivotal leadership role—guiding managers, developing their teams, and upholding the strong framework we’ve built. We’re not looking for someone to reinvent our processes—they’re already solid. Instead, we seek a leader who can learn our structure, teach our structure, and develop people within it. You’ll have the full support of our executive team and seasoned managers, and your primary mission will be to cultivate a winning culture, ensure performance targets are hit, and grow individuals into successful professionals. In addition to this leadership role, we’re expanding our sales force and seeking motivated entry-level representatives ready to launch a high-growth career in solar energy. You’ll be trained to close high-ticket B2C sales using both company-generated appointments and self-generated leads to transform conversations into success stories.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of managerial Experience
1+ years of Solar Industry Experience
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
Comfortable with in-home presentations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be coachable and have a student mentality
Ability to self-generate appointments
Laptop/Tablet and Phone required
Hunger to learn and grow within the company
Strong work ethic and commitment
Willingness to be trained and mentored
Personable, persuasive, and driven
