Moyer is looking for a relationship-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. We help individuals and families - especially older adults - navigate major life transitions with organization, empathy, and exceptional service. What you'll do: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior communities, real estate partners, and other referral partners. • Conduct in-home visits and occasional virtual visits to understand client needs and present service options. • Create customized proposals and manage your sales pipeline with consistent follow-up. • Represent Moyer Move Management at community events, networking opportunities, and partner meetings. • Use Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as an additional Move Management software to prepare proposals, track leads, and communicate professionally. • Work with autonomy and ownership - your initiative and ideas directly shape your success. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A warm, empathetic approach when working with clients experiencing major life changes. • Experience in sales, customer service, or senior-focused services (preferred, but not required). • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Products plus has an easy time learning new software products. • A natural self-starter who enjoys the freedom to build relationships and grow their career. • Knowledge of move management and the moving industry is not required. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ yearly
