Sales Account Manager - Online Advertising - Base Salary to 55k/year - Mechanicsburg, PA

• Our client, a well-established online performance marketing and advertising company, is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager for their Mechanicsburg, PA location. The company partners with advertisers across the U.S. and worldwide to promote products and services through email marketing, social media marketing, native advertising, search marketing, website display advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
• This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team of approximately 15 people in a high-volume environment, with on-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth into business development and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the VP of Sales with onboarding new clients, maintaining account communications, and supporting client relationships.
• Coordinate new client onboarding, account setup, contracts, follow-up, and ongoing account needs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal team members regarding questions, requests, campaigns, and account needs.
• Learn the company’s online marketing, digital advertising, and performance advertising services, platforms, and processes.
• Maintain accurate client, account, and sales activity information within Zoho CRM.
• Support the sales team with account information, sales follow-up, documentation, client support, and activities related to maintaining and growing client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client campaigns and ongoing account needs.
• Develop knowledge of the business and client accounts with the opportunity to grow into a business development and sales role with commission potential.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of professional office experience in customer service, account management, client support, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience communicating with customers, clients, accounts, or other external business contacts.
• Experience managing multiple client, customer, administrative, or sales-related activities.
• Experience using business software, technology platforms, or similar systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA Monday through Thursday, with a half-day remote schedule on Fridays.

• Base salary in the 50k - 55k/year range
