    PAY RATE - $ 20.00

    JOB SUMMARY:

    As a part-time Account Representative, you will sell our services to prospective clients, build existing client relationships. In sales capacity, you will market to clients by phone and make appointment for the Manager. Participate in networking events. Attend Sales appointments as directed

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: **

    • Conduct sales calls to generate new business.

    • Follow-up with cold calls on missed potential business

    • Market to revive inactive accounts

    • Enter thirty cold calls a day into Breezy Leads CRM.

    • Establish and maintain a working relationship with the business community, through phone, business visits, civic organization functions and job fairs.

    • Provides follow-up to employer in the form of phone calls and/or visits to job sites as needed

    • Maintain accurate and timely information in the sales management database

    • Have knowledge of and follows Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, ADA, income maintenance and any other standards that impact on the customer's job placement

    • Other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Associate's degree in business, marketing, human resources or another related field preferred

    • Two years' experience required in the sales staffing industry

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

    • Drivers License and a fully insured vehicle

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Occasionally lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds. May be required to regularly stand for extended periods of time, walk, reach with hands/arms with full range of motion, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, push or pull. Regularly required to talk and hear. Frequently required to use hands and fingers to hold, handle and feel objects, knobs, keys and/or buttons.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    General office environment. The noise level is usually quiet
