    Location: Valley Stream, NY Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $65,000 – $180,000 per year (Base + Commission)

    Job Overview

    ServiceMaster is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and build long-term relationships across multiple industries. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives in face-to-face selling, networking, and closing new business.

    Candidates with existing relationships or industry experience in property management, insurance, facilities management (including schools), general contracting, or real estate are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct outside B2B sales calls in accordance with KPI performance metrics

    Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships

    Present and sell ServiceMaster services accurately and professionally

    Follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities

    Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

    Attend client meetings, trade shows, and networking events

    Participate in professional trade associations and industry events

    Follow up on all sales to ensure customer satisfaction

    Prepare proposals, presentations, forecasts, contracts, and activity reports

    Attend weekly sales meetings and submit weekly sales plans

    Log all customer interactions, calls, emails, and meetings into the Luxor Management System within 24 hours

    Maintain current knowledge of ServiceMaster services, industry trends, and competitors

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or relationship-based selling

    Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

    Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

    Industry knowledge or existing relationships are a plus
