    Sales Account Specialist - Regional (Albany–Boston–Philadelphia Corridor (Excludes NYC))

    New England & Mid-Atlantic North | Direct Hire | $120-135k plus bonus

    Konik is partnering with a leading provider of water treatment solutions who is seeking a Regional Account Specialist to support the microelectronics/semiconductor sector. This role focuses on managing and growing customer accounts through consultative sales, strategic growth initiatives, and relationship building. 

    Sales Account Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Drive revenue and gross profit growth (>10% year-over-year)
    • Maintain strong account retention (<3% attrition)
    • Achieve $250K+ in new business gross profit annually
    • Execute sales strategies and support new technology adoption
    • Manage and service accounts based on scope and commitments
    • Collaborate with a dedicated microelectronics team for account strategy

    Sales Account Specialist Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of technical or outside sales experience in microelectronics/semiconductors
    • Background in water treatment, specialty chemicals, or UPW systems preferred
    • Proven ability to meet goals, manage accounts, and close new business
    • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
    • Must pass background check and drug screening
    • No visa sponsorship available
