Position: Sales Accountant

Location: Stockton, CA

Salary: $60,000 + Monthly Commission

Schedule: Morning Shift – Flexible 8-hour schedule

Perks: Company Vehicle Use

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Accountant to handle financial transactions related to sales, manage accounts receivable, and support our sales team. The ideal candidate has accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of the trucking industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Prepare and send sales invoices accurately.
• Accounts Receivable: Track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage outstanding balances.
• Customer Accounts: Maintain records, resolve billing issues, and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Pricing & Contracts: Assist with pricing calculations and ensure correct billing
• Collaboration: Work with sales and management to address pricing or billing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Knowledge: Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting is a plus - But not Necessary -
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with trucking, freight pricing, or related financial processes is a plus.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members is A+.
