Our reputation is built on professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to support a team that transforms outdoor and indoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments.
Position Summary: The Sales Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the Sales Team and the Chief of Operations. This position ensures the smooth flow of communication with clients and supports key operations related to our services—from proposal creation to job tracking. You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive client experience and helping the team stay organized and informed.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Chief of Operations
Assist in the preparation of estimates and proposals for services such as concrete overlays, epoxy coatings, pavers, turf installation, power washing, and handyman work.
Follow up with customers regarding proposals, exclusive offers, and appointment scheduling.
Manage showroom and estimator availability.
Track and compile weekly statistics on estimates, sales, and completed jobs.
Maintain ongoing job spreadsheets and ensure all estimates and project updates are reflected in our Rogo’s system.
Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Answer, screen, and direct calls; take and relay messages promptly.
Monitor voicemails and emails throughout the day to respond to inquiries and schedule appointments.
Assist with collections, payment links, and bonus reports.
Handle general office duties including printing, filing, copying, and supply inventory.
Track marketing calls (including Google call tracking) and contribute to marketing activity reports.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Support social media and promotional tasks as needed.
Wear uniform tops daily and maintain a professional appearance.
Assist with all other duties as directed by the Chief of Operations and Company Owner
Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of sales and service workflows in construction or trades is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
