    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrative Associate to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily showroom operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative support to the sales team

    Greet and assist customers, direct inquiries appropriately

    Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales-related documentation

    Manage order processing and track project timelines

    Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members

    Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

    Ensure the showroom remains organized and presentable

    Qualifications:

    Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

    Bilingual (Mandarin preferred)
