We're passionate about protecting workers and creating safer workplaces—and we're looking for a Sales Administrator to help drive our mission forward.
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at supporting a busy sales team? We're looking for a Sales Administrator who will keep our sales processes running smoothly and help us build strong relationships with our customers. In this role, you'll handle quotes, orders, CRM management, and customer communication to keep our sales pipeline moving.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating logistics
Manage and update customer data and sales activities in Power Dynamics/Power-CRM
Handle inbound sales calls and emails; respond to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism
Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and trade show coordination
Follow up on proposals to help close deals
Generate sales reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making
Organize and maintain key documents like contracts and proposals
Work cross-functionally with operations, training, and creative teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service (B2B experience preferred)
Experience working with CRM systems (Power Dynamics/Power-CRM a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
