Responsibilities: • General receptionist duties – answering incoming calls/greeting visitors/managing the signing-in register. Organizing refreshments. • Creating Delivery Notes & Certificate of Conformities documents (goods out documentation). • Dealing with goods in and recording goods arrival, along with supplier performance. • Notifying accounts of which jobs can be invoiced each day. • Scheduling deliveries. • Organizing office maintenance when required (i.e., plumbers/electricians, etc). • Assisting the Health and Safety coordinator where necessary and maintaining H&S documents & Fire alarm testing/drills. • Filing delivery notes. Qualifications: • Proficient in English, both written and verbal. • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. • IT proficiency with software applications. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
