Qualifications
Required
- Associate's degree in business, marketing, communications or relayed field plus 2 years of experience in a Sales Admin, Sales Operations, or similar role
- Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong CRM and/or ERP experience
- Experience preparing proposals and managing calendars
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications
- B2B sales support experience
- Event coordination experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Familiarity with scorecards, dashboards, or metrics tracking

Pay Band
For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for the Sales Administration position is $45,000-55,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. As with certain positions in the organization, this role is eligible for additional forms of compensation.
