    SALES ADMINISTRATOR

    Job Summary:

    The Sales Administrator will assist in sales activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Gather, review, and organize all documentation required to successfully book new projects
    • Prepare and submit bid packages, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and related bid documentation.
    • Process and manage bid bonds and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted by deadlines.
    • Maintain and distribute Account Manager updates
    • Prepare monthly sales and activity reports for management.
    • Train new incoming account managers
    • Administer and process Xcel Energy rebate documentation
    • Distribution of apparel for customers and account managers
    • Maintain organized sales files, documentation, and electronic records.
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and customer service.
    • Perform additional administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced.
    • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, related software and computer fundamentals.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred.
    • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience are preferred.
    • Position available for advancement.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
