    We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our sales team. This is a support role with no selling required , but your work will directly influence our ability to serve clients and execute projects successfully.

    What You Will Do

    • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders

    • Process and track orders accurately and efficiently

    • Maintain customer records, pricing updates, and sales reporting

    • Serve as a key point of coordination between sales, warehouse, and marketing

    • Support walk-in and phone inquiries

    • Become a power user of our lead generation and sales software tools

    • Help ensure projects move smoothly from opportunity to fulfillment

    What We Are Looking For

    • 2+ years in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    • Comfortable learning new systems and software

    • Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
